contractor registration form and dashboard

we are a snow removal and lawn care company 1-we want a registration form created for contractors who wish to work for us and service properties 2- After registering a account is created for them where they can see the customer accounts and properties they are assigned to service 3- when servicing a account they are required to put in a service date, time and before and after pictures associated with that visit 4- the contractor dashboard should also show the amount they are gonna be payed and the next payment date which is monthly at the end of each month. 5- for every small property added to there dashboard they get payed $75 a month per property for every medium size property they get payed $100 a month per property for every small property they get payed $150 a month per property 6- when our customers register it should send a notification to all contractors giving them them the option to accept or decline the account if they accept the account will be added to there dashboard so they can see service address and service notes and be able to service the property as required
