Convert excel vba function to php. The function is simple. It looks up data in 3 tanblesand displays as summary in another table. 100 lines of If statement of simple code 60 % of the lines is either and if, end if, for or next so the algorithm is very simple. I want the php to pull data from mysql tables instead of excel cells. Will share the file with chosen candidates. This is a fairly simple task so needs to be completed today within like 2-3h

Hi, I could write it as a desktop application that comes with a rich GUI with settings, etc. I can write the app on either C# or Java.
