Hello, I have a small course with 12 chapters that contains: 12 videos, 12 short descriptions and 12 long descriptions that are needed to be converted into a SCORM 2004 compatible course that my client can use in house. The videos are in MPEG4 format and the descriptions (short and long ) are in pdf format. I can provide the descriptions in word format as well – if it is better / faster. The html format should not use Adobe Flash due to security reasons. I am looking for a freelancer with experience in SCORM 2004 that can deliver this work. I am looking forward for your bids.
