I run a web hosting service and have experience in both setting up servers from scratch and moving sites around. My experience with oscommerce is limited to installs, but a quick google yielded a method for removing all products right from phpmyadmin, I believe that's what you meant by "clean up old data". I'm confident I can clean out anything else that may be needed and ensure payment processing works. I know you specified US only and I presume that's due to language issues. After spending over 20 years in the US, we won't have to worry about that should you pick me for this project.

Hello Sir, I have good experience as Server admin and I know Windows/Linux/AWS from Administration point of view. I need to know which site to copy and final list of changes required on copied site. This will help me to provide you more accurate timeline and budget. One more thing or bitter fact "No one knows everything". If some one states that he/she can do all your task alone then it is almost impossible. Server admin can't do job of webdeveloper and webdeveloper can't do job of admin. I am technically admin and I have developer in my team. I cleared this thing becuase I don't like to fake. Below will be the task distribution: - Copying the existing website (My developer ) - Create virtual hosts/assign elastic IPs for the new site (My Self) - Create DNS records -- I think this is currently hosted by GoDaddy, but I anticipate moving it over to Amazon Route 53.
