Create custom importer to import csv files for TablePress

Hi there, The requirements are quite clear and straightforward to implement. I'll use aws php sdk to implement the script. You just need to modify the config file to input your aws credentials and buckets to fetch the csv files, then hook it up to cron on your server. It'll handle the rest. SDK needs at least php5.5. Please let me know if your version does not meet that. Also, I need to know your wp version. It'll be ready in 48 hours at most, much likely in 24h, thanks.
