Hello,
I have a service desk were I have all my companies service cases.
I need someone to help me making a map where I can see all my cases based on the location (city) that the case is related to.
That means if I have 100+ cases in my service program (with different cities) then it should show a map were all the cases are pin pointed.
My service desk offers a eksport of all the cases which maybe can be done by a cron job? if not possible, it is okay for me to do it manually.
On the map it should be possible to click on the single case (pin) and then it should be able to click on the case ID to open the case on the desktop version (away from the map).
