Create a fully working custom dating/ network website

We are looking for a solid partner that can build a platform to our specifications and who has the ability to grow with us and can support us in the future. We just finished phase 1, a concept test site based on wordpress, and are looking to launch phase 2 where we transform this into a uniquely created web platform.
