Create an interactive country map

For our wordpress website we require an interactive map with click functionality. Attached I am sending the final map layout ([login to view URL]). I am also providing you with the vector file of the map and the logos after I awarded you with the project. The map shall be integrated in our wordpress website - hence a plugin would be nice. The red areas of the map shall be clickable. Once one hovers over a red area this area shall have a different color (hover-color). Once one clicks on a red area, the map shall decrease in size and shift to the right (see attachment [login to view URL]). The selected area shall have the same color as the hover-color. Every red area has information which we want to maintain in the wordpress backend manually. Please see the information according to the scribble (attachment [login to view URL]). We need to add a headline, a subline, logos, a text, further information, a source of the information and a button for each area (there are 5 areas in total). Furthermore there shall be a "back" button which, if one clicks on it, maximizes the map again and closes the information. Within the smaller map (detail view) one can select other areas and click on it. The linked information of that clicked aread shall be shown then. Please also mind the responsitivity of the map and the content.
