Re-create Magento VES Page Builder pages into standard Magento CMS Pages

We would like to re-create existing Page Builder pages WITHOUT the use of VES Page Builder. With extensive duplication issues surrounding the Page Builder extension, we are looking for a company or individual to rebuild selected currently existing pages within the Magento CMS page framework. These pages will need to function correctly on both Desktop and Mobile devices as they currently do. This includes responsiveness, linking and and all other page specific functionalities. There are a total of 34 pages with varying functionalities. Please review the document attached for links and screenshots of the pages that we are requesting to be moved/re-created.
