Create Mobile App and submit to Android and Apple app

Hello, I am in need of a developer to create my cross platform mobile app. I want to be CLEAR ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS: 1. There is a fully created backend api that will send JSON Response calls through a TLS encrypted backend supporting openssl. You will be tasked with creating an SSL connection at domain to create secure TLS connection to app using SSL Pinning. 2. Almost all information is in the form of api calls and the api is fully developed. 6. There are 2 pages that need to access the camera to scan barcodes. 7.
