Create a Prestashop plugin for managing a second category tree

We need a plugin which creates a second catregory table, and allows to sort and reorganize the category tree on that table.

Technically: create or adapt a Prestashop plugin which:

- on install, creates a table ps_category_plus same as ps_category

- also creates lang tables

- on install, inserts all same registries than ps_caegory with same IDs

- on accesing the plugin configuration page, it inserts any new category existing at the root, and highlights it

- on the conifguration page it shows a graphical tool for editing the category tree like thousands of plugins had
