Create script to retrieve data from 3rd party website

We are a real estate company looking to automate the process of retrieving data from a website. We need a script that can take a street address from a google sheet, log in and search the 3rd party website for the associated mailing address and owner's name, and then put those results into our master google sheet. We would also like this script to be able to work with "fuzzy data" related to partial street addresses. For example, a full address would be: "123 N Main St, Shawnee, OK 74801". A partial address would be something like "123 N Main St, Shawnee, OK", or "123 Main, Shawnee, OK" If no mailing address can be found that associates with the physical street address, we need that address to be put into a separate google sheet for manual lookup.
