Create script that automatically posts on classified ads site

Hello there, I need to create a Script/Program that will allow the user to automatically create ads on over 10+ classified listing sites. The classified ads are in the ADULT industry The script or program must be able to: Automatically post new ad and includes descriptions, pictures, phone numbers Must be able to log in, fill out captcha form Must be able to remove the previous ad, and then create a new ad. Ideally this should be done every 30 minutes for 8 hours a day (number and timings of posts should be modifiable. Also certain websites will ban accounts posting multiple ads under 1 IP address, we need to find a solution for this as well. Eventually I want to be able to offer this service to multiple people in the adult industry, and sell them an ad posting service, and the script/program will eventually be used for multiple users ( I want to resell this product to many people later on) The program/script can be installed on the users computer OR can be run remotely on a server etc. You can decide how you want it created( I don't know how this will be created), I just need a proper ad posting program that works, and can work for multiple users.
