Create simple online database software

I need simple database software created to track our products that we upload to different websites. We create cool designs that go on physical products like shirts, hoodies, mugs and more. We have thousands of designs and we upload them to many different e-commerce sites. With so many designs it's becoming unorganized, we need to stay organized. Currently, we organize our designs and content via Google Drive & Google Sheets. I want the information we have on the Google Sheets on a dedicated platform. It will be a dedicated simple database software platform that my team and I can log into and create, edit and organize our designs. It can be simple, almost plain looking... Add a new design, add brand name, title of design, bullet points, description View/edit/update design content - brand name, title of design, bullet points, description Search for designs Priority monitoring (1-5 scale of what needs to be worked on first) Allow more than 1 team member to log in I will need your advice on how to display the design itself... should we upload each design to the platform or just link each design to a Google Drive account? Sidenote: it would be nice to be able to view the actual design inside of the platform. I have a Bluehost account, will that work to host this software platform? Can we expect it to be fast?
