Create a Sitemile Auction Wordpress Template

Need custom Auction skin/theme made using php probid v7 or Ilance or Wordpress Sitemile.. 1. You need to have script already,and show me you have developers liscence for it. 2. you need to add special listing fields for the description area of listings that are also searchable. 3. you need to create Extensive Help Topics /FAQS pages that i can ad from inside admin panel and save. 4. You Need to include an escrow deposit program that is solid and usable in real life 5. You need to include advanced search location,including ,city,state,zip,and within so many miles. 6. you need to include include advanced member and sellers listings profile with custom fields questions admin creates within function of admin panel,which can be created,deleted,edited,saved,stored,make active,hide.
