Create a VPS management software based on SolusVM API

Hello, We're currently looking for someone who can create a complete cloud/management panel, based on SolusVM API (hypervisor). It must include following features: --> Customer side: -account management: create an account, validate it via email, close an account -billing area (prepaid model): add credit balance (via Paypal and Stripe), display credit balance, generate PDF invoices. -support area (ticket system): create a ticket, reply to a ticket, close a ticket -manage server (execute API requests): start, stop, restart, display IP, reinstall OS process, etc. --> Admin side: -account management: display all customers account, force close account, modify customers informations -billing area: generate basic financial reports (display sales turnover) -support area: answer to customers ticket, close tickets, ticket status (open, closed, waiting for customer, waiting for agent, etc) -manage server: all admin tasks from SolusVM api. Front interface will be already given, and no work will be needed.
