Create a WordPress Template

I am looking for a wordpress theme developer who could do a similar print shop website to vista print, instanprint .co. uk. I have used the template from printshop v 3.1.1. from netbase team but it is whole made out of free plugins and lots of JS which could end up very badly if one of the plugins will stop being supported. The template of theirs is a total waste. I have already nulled plugins and productsdesignerpro plugin (for customization of flyers,t-shirts and everything else that you can imagine :) ). There will be more than one company (something like multivendor maybe would be a good option?) If you will analyze the plugin list, you will understand what they are needed for but if you need more specification of the website I can provide you (a very chaotic file) of mine. I would most likely want few people to work on that project. I wasted already 22 days trying to design with that template from PrintShop [login to view URL] In total there will be about 2100 products which need to be imported or manually entered. And this job will be additionally paid. Please offer me something. How long it will take you to design it? I have already the domain, logo and server that you can work on.
