I need you to build a template for wordpress. I only need the core code and that its functional. I must be able to customize on the frontend on the wordpress admin panel. I need two specific page template... -Home page (see attachment picture), need a sticky menu, parallax background section, rotating testimonial, rotating profil, facts on the business, and footer. Every section i must be able to customize. - Option page (see attachment picture), its kind of a form, you choose between options that bring you to another step depending on your choice, and at the end their is a formal form to enter name, email, etc. That will send the data in email to the business owner and a recap to the customer with all information of the choice made. I must be able to customize this in the frontend in wordpress admin panel. If i add options the page must be readjust by itself. I want the template to be fully responsive! Thats imperial...
