CSGO eSport Wordpress and game server plugin

We require a WordPress site which enables signed in users of the site to 'match make' with other players on the site, to cloud servers hosting a CSGO competitive 5v5 server. The project consists of two main parts: 1. WordPress: - A WordPress site/plugin that allows users to sign in using Steam should be able to provide the ability for users to: - a) Queue up to 'match make' on a competitive 5v5 CSGO server with other users. - b) View their in-game stats. - c) Ability to commend and report other users. - d) Displayable ranks assigned to users based on their performance, in game. - e) The aforementioned 'Match make' queue feature should prioritize matching users of similar rank. - f) The ability to ban users from using the service. - g) The ability for users to subscribe to an "upgrade" for a premium status, allowing more in-depth stats, prioritization in 'match making' as well as ability to select which maps they would like to play on. - h) Users should be able to add each other as friends and queue up with each other. - i) Users must confirm accounts by mobile telephone number within one week of sign-up. 2. CSGO Server/Plugin - The CSGO server should be deployed as in instance into a cloud service (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc..) once match making is confirmed on the WordPress site. - The server should be configured to play the 5v5 competitive game mode on the map decided on the WordPress site, and assign the users to their relevant teams. - The server must not allow friendly fire. - It must commence with a 'knife-round' to decide who picks which side to start on. - It must disconnect users automatically at the end of the game. - It must not allow users to connect who were not in the match-making.
