When can you share more details about the project or the custom CMS? Also you can share the local copy with me. So that I can check the details before I make any commitment or start working with; Actually I also prefer to work on local copy first to avoid any kind of mess situation on live website; As It may effect on turn around as well; Hopefully very recently, I have completed a long term work and there is no such engagement right now; So easily I can work for you more than 8 hours per day; And for your monitoring, I am ready to work with team viewer as well. Already I have worked with and customized many CMS based project; Most of those are Php and asp.net based CMS; My approach to work on your site will be : 1) Understand the business scenario, features and functionality of your website well and make sure I find out the critical path. The critical path is the most used logical flow in a system that is of primary essence. 2) My second priority would be to ensure I have proper monitoring in place. A lot of problems can creep in when we are not watching the site but the customer/users are trying to use the site. We need to ensure we get proper notifications when the site is low in resources or the site is not available for some reason. 3) Proper logging in the codebase. We must have logging in place which would ensure that we can track on what the user has followed. It helps to find out the source of the issue. Please ping me;
