Custom Payroll Web Application on our own server

Hello, We would like for you to deploy a custom payroll application on our own server. The Payroll application shall allow for admin function, and user function. The admin must be able to manage documents, submit payroll, view payroll history, add users, and import/export to csv and quickbooks. It should connect to a payment system, maybe paypal or slide, which allows for us to pay staff without us having to use a third party application and having to pay per staff user. Our PayRoll system should connect to the payment system, and then send the payments to the staff's designated payment type. The staff should be able to enter their PayPal email to receive funds by paypal, and also their credit card or bank information. Please check which major payment provider (i.e. square, or slide) allows for sending payments using those methods without us having to signup for a payroll service. On the User Side, the user should be able to view their pay payment sent to them, view the current balance due to them, and also request for funding with funds due to them. They should be able to upload requested W9 and other standard tax forms. We also need to be able to request for them to complete them. They can use a digital signature to complete them, or upload a signed hard copy photo. Most importantly, how payroll information is collected. Within the [login to view URL] booking system, there is a reporting feature for staff to calculate payroll. It reports the total amount paid on a service completed by a provider/staff. The PayRoll system needs to connect to the API, and then enter the amount due to the provider. The provider is paid a specific percentage of the total service cost. We also need the ability to change that amount. So the PayRoll system will log the total revenue earned by the staff by doing the following. It will show 1) total earned by provider for a specific service/date. 2) it will show a percentage deducted (which is the amount we keep). 3) it will show revenue earned by the provider/staff. The Payroll due to the staff is (3), which is the revenue earned by the staff. In the system, STAFF are to be titled as provider. On the staff side, they should be able to view past payments, total revenue they have earned, and a filter to search by month, day, and year payroll. On the admin side, it should have the filter for the same as mentioned above. We should be able to view history on all staff, and filter by staff. The filter should be by name, email, phone, company name, and address. Also, some of the staff will have names that are company's, so there should be a box to say (company or individual), if they mark company, it should provide a dropbox for the company name and contact name. The Web Application shall be deployed on our own server, such as on our Microsoft Azure hosting account. We also need to maintain hard copies of the files. All the script will be owned by us, and we will have full rights and copyright in the script. Thank you.
