I assume that users (vendors) will use some frontend manager to add their products to the marketplace, probably "WCFM – Frontend Manager for WooCommerce" plugin can be utilized for that purpose. In case we will need some more complex forms for vendors we can utilize Gravity Forms plugin which has perfect API allowing to link those forms to marketplace. After vendor submitted a product and it was approved by admin, corresponding Printful API call will be made. I checked their docs - just usual REST API there, I have worked with REST APIs a lot. I think one week will be enough to make most of the coding plus we may probably need few days for testing and tweaking.
