Customize The Booking System For Wordpress/Woocommerce Website

Hi, I have build a website for golf course booking, the link is http://golfbooking.zikridesign.com. It have a lot of courses from different state, and later different countries. Currently I'm using [login to view URL] to build the website. This theme actually for hotel booking, but almost all function I can adapt to golf booking. Just have a few item that I can't customize using the theme. I hired someone before to do some customization, and the customize file is in child theme. Please refer attached powerpoint file for the details of php function customization needed for my website. The reference website is https://golfreserv.com. You can try to book their course to see the details function. For the booking page, the design don't have to be exactly same as [login to view URL], you can keep the design scheme as the Travelo Theme, I just need the function as explain in ppt file. I will need to know which file you edit upon completion(before rating), and it must be put in child theme, so I don't have issue when update the website theme/plugin etc. Please advice the lead time in your offer.
