Customize themeforest template and show me how to make slight changes for the future

Hi! I am an attorney in a suburb that is not in a wealthy neighborhood, though the people are great. We do general law - and as lawyers are really not allowed or encouraged to advertise, our business is only word of mouth. However, I know I lose business as even Dairy Queen has a website, but we don't - and people searching for an attorney don't find us, but people far away, and they don't think we are legitimate without a website. We've been in business for about 40 years, but we are invisible on the web. I have a web host, FastComet, and have uploaded a themeforest template. My domain is kalmeyerlegal.com. I do not write css but I can write html. However, I have no idea where they hide the code in this supposedly drag and drop theme (it isn't) - so I need help customizing that theme, and I would also want instruction on how to reach the code for the future. I am a little flexible on the price, but I can't afford much - though I wanted to mention that whoever helps me, that person will be called for future work if I try to edit something and mess it up!
