idea is to improve the layout of the default template I bought from ThemeForest to suit a small 5 category directory for Arborists (tree loppers). We need to reduce down the huge amount of categories and "what's on" features to suit this client: [login to view URL]

ost of the below-requested features are NOT extra coding jobs - these plugins already exist as part of this template and just need configuring! Please research this theme well before quoting me wrong and potentially losing the job because your quote is far-fetched!
here is my brief - most of the things in this list are default settings in this directory software but I will list them plus a few extras:
Email Newsletter signup with Mailchimp
make Australian with all AU states, cities and postcodes using an instant indexed search like [login to view URL] (when you start typing it instantly recommends location)
add 2 tabs u see below slider here: [login to view URL] "For Locals" and 'For Arborists" to register/login
remove all USA things and rename American terms to Australian terms: Zip Code -->> Post Code
copy all content from old website [login to view URL]
configure google analytics and google adsense
configure css/design to match upcoming logo colours
