Desktop application for recording and displaying financial information

I'm running a side-project earning some nice income. I need some help handling the fiances and accounts. The software must do the following: -Record outgoing payments, incoming payments, notes, as well as some other fields. -calculate profit and loss for days + weeks + months -Must have an overview screen to show profit and loss over days/months/years -Overview must be accessible anywhere, via tablet and/or PC (ipad or android). If this wold be too much, I would also be happy with a 'export to XML' type of thing. -The forms/application doesn't need to work on both tablet and PC however this would be ideal. -Must use either SQL or Google sheets or some type of online accessible data service. I'm open to suggestions. -Must also include an account management section, this will keep details such as Username/Passwords/Balances/History/Profit n loss for this account. If you have done nothing like this before, then please do not bid. Do not ask me for offers on price, You have the job spec. Tell me how much you want and I will either agree or not. I need this turned around rather quickly. I myself am an F# developer and can't see this being a big job. It is essentially just a few forms that read/write from a data source. The only part I could see being a little more time consuming would be the charts and graphs. I would do it myself if I had the time however, I do not. Thank you.
