Develop a Database for a Simple Dispatch Web App

We require an online database that functions as a web-app with calendar and scheduling functionality. Simple stuff, just harder on our end to set up. The web-app will: 1. Function as a basic CRM, keep information about each client including payment details. 2. Function as a dispatcher: I.E Schedule jobs for clients through a calendar scheduling feature and be able to view the week's ahead and behind us. Also be able to move any incomplete job to this week.
