Thank you for reviewing my project.
This should be a simple project for an experienced programmer to develop a server side app to enable users to complete a survey and receive a report.
Background information
Users can complete a survey by clicking box with 'a or b' options to answer questions (54 in total). After completing the survey, the user can see the result, based on his answers.
The user will receive report (PDF) via autoresponder (email) that includes information based on the outcome of the survey.
The information generated from the survey is captured in database for each user and all users. The information is retrievable via search function and displayed in various formats.
The search function enables data to be displayed: past 30 days, past 90 days, by month and year (e.g. 2020,, 2021, 2022 etc). This search function is similar to that used by PayPal.
Summary of requirements:
1. Develop survey pages (two) with questions that require answers by clicking either a or b fields.
2. Develop dynamic page that displays the result of the survey to the user.
3. Develop function that automatically selects one of nine PDF reports to send to the user, based on the result of the survey he completed.
4. Configure email function to capture the details (name and email) of the user and to automatically send the PDF report to the user's email.
5. Develop and configure search function to pull and display information from database in various report formats.
6. Develop function to download user details in CSV format
7. The coding should be structured and clean; malware free and non-usage of open source code/apps that are subject to malware and security issues.
8. Develop sales page and integrate with payment gateway (PayPal and Thrive Cart) for user to access and use the app.
9. The app (files and database) should be locked down to prevent malware, SQL injection and other threats.
10. Make changes to the app as required to ensure it is completely functional and bug free.
11. Provide backup of the completed files/database.
I'll provide the information (mostly EXCEL file) and reports (PDF) that are necessary for development of the app.
My clients intention is to also develop a mobile version of the server side app following the completion of this project.
I only select experienced programmers with suitable skills and experience to work on my projects. If you don't have the skills and experience, don't waste your time and mine by bidding.
You should state the program language that you'll use to develop the app (e.g. PHP, C++, Java).
I'll give preference to programmers that have also developed mobile apps.
The chosen freelancer will be required to complete an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) before starting the project.
My maximum budget for this project is $750.
