To Develop a system for my restaurant’s back of house operations.

Project Basic Details Hi, this is Pratap, from Guntur, AP. I am looking to develop a system for my restaurant’s back of house. I am currently working with a POS system which will take care of the sales part. It has its own API which will be given by the POS vendor company to us. So leaving the pos part of the restaurant, we need to develop below modules for our back of house. Restaurant Management System (RMS) – To manage back of house for my restaurant. We only have single branch, and current scope of the project is only for this branch, but should design the database such that there should not be any rework if we want to go for multi branch. Basic Requirements: 1. UserID and time logging into all the system operations. 2. Security, Roles, Privileges High Level Requirements 1. POS integration – Need to get sale data from my POS software 2. Cash Management Module – all payments, incomes are done through single screen, day end sale data comes from my POS and finally day should be closed verifying the closing balance. 3. Services Module (SM) – all services taken by the restaurant should be in this module, these services should be reflected into payments screen 4. Production & Inventory Module (PIM) – Purchasing, payments, issuing, wastage, re-ordering, receiving, Recipe Management, etc. 5. Human Resource Management (HRM) – attendance, integration with biometric, duty rosters, Pay sheet calculation, need to get salary advances from CMM, performance assessment, etc. 6. Reconciliation & Auditing Module (RAM) – need to check the usage of different raw materials, be able to audit expenses, and incomes, etc. 7. Outdoor Catering Module (ODC) – packaged menu or item wise menu; orders estimate, confirm, advance, retrieve, alerts on the dashboard, payments recording, sale recording, and these cash transactions should go into CMM 8. Management & Maintenance Module (M3) – different management related screens like, restaurant log, maintenance log with alerts, etc. 9. Reports and Dashboards (RDB) – reports for all the modules with different pages, executive dashboard for summary Just an FYI, I have MS degree in Computer Science, and worked as an IT consultant for 5 years and currently running my family business….so I can provide you all the business side requirements, data, and process related info.
