Developing a Tool for a website

There must be available to add Name and phone number to that popup from the admin. + Every test is made for any url, must be cached on unique folder on server. after 30 minutes if a user analyze the same url again, it will do the check again and save the new updated report and delete that last one, if its on under 30 mins, it will show last stored and cached report for this domain.
