eBay scraper which exports results in excel. Already have working example

We currently scrape data from eBay in order to build long term pricing model and to better understand the used side of our industry. That said, we have been paying for a service to this as we did not have the time to properly develop a python program (that is what we'd prefer this written in) that can do it for us. We are simply using pagnation to scrape the data from individual product pages, images included (Name of Post/Title, User who Listed Item, Price, Shipping Information, General Details Box and then the images - that is the data that we are collecting.) In this pagnation we have roughly 5 major search tearms, roughly 40 in all, but as we are only seeking items over $2500 and below $1,000,000 (the high number is vastly over kill), but it will reduce the pages needing to be scraped with such a high minimum. We currently have a php/mysql GUI which accepts .xlsx files via an upload function and then allows us to filter the data and display it. This scraper should collect the information above and using a chrone job/bat of some sort auto-upload it's data to our MySQL database on a daily basis. Please contact me now as I am looking to hire a partner to complete this task today - I know there are many skilled programmer who can tweak existing scrappers and do this rather quickly and might even have better ideas than those we've asked for.
