PROJECT OBJECTIVES The Business User’s objectives for this project are: Delivering useful information to Customers conveniently and efficiently through and online platform. These may include health care tips, latest beauty trend, promotional campaign offers, Gather Customer details from online forms, which can be updated from a management system. New forms can be created as frequent as 2-3 times a week. Lucky Draw system to allow Customers to participate in an online lucky draw, which is monitored by the platform. Participants must be drawn by the system at random and the event may be broadcasted publicly. Video sharing, the Company can upload and share videos to be streamed by our Customers as a tutorial or knowledge sharing. Images and text can be appended to the page for better explanation. Online Product Catalogue and Product Details, the Company can migrate all softcopy Product information to the online platform which can be easily searched by the Customers. Detailed Product information can be found for each product. Online Booking Platform, allows Customers to secure booking online without the need to contact our staff members. Booking and scheduling of staff appointments will be arranged automatically by the system. Products and Booking payments can be made online or in store. Customers can pay in advance via credit card online payment to confirm their booking and products. Reports will be generated based on booking schedule, staff working hours, Customer preference and satisfaction, staff rating and performance and product purchases.
