End User Tech Support for My Hosting Company

We are a marketing company that has always hosted our clients' websites on our servers to ensure we can keep them up and running. As we've grown and continue to grow, I have a need for someone to administer the basic functions of the server (new account provisioning), Cloudflare DNS setup, and service tickets. This could include live chat support. We use WHM/cPanel on a two server system. One serves a domain's web content, the other is the handles email and FTP storage functions. We also are starting to implement WHMCS to handle the basic provisioning and billing. My belief is that most support tickets after the initial setup will be email setup based, email delivery based needs or website down issues. So familiarity with webmail, client email setup and basic delivery issues will be required. We handle the website design and maintenance for the vast majority of our clients, so most WordPress issues will be handled by our team. We will be keeping regular backups, so it would be important that if a site goes down during our off hours, you could at least install the backup on our secondary server and point the Cloudflare DNS to that server to keep the site up until we can look at it. I will provide complete instructions and training on how our systems work. Ideally, this would be handled by a team that can handle both tickets and live chat with minimal communication barriers. My team is generally available from 7 am - 6 pm Central Time in the US. We would like someone that can cover the other hours. It does not need to be dedicated time for us as I don't anticipate a very large demand. I am open to both a retainer/set monthly cost or a per instance/hour fee.
