Error while cloning wordpress site: "Uh-oh - there was an sql error: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails."

I use NS Cloner on my multisites to clone new sites. It always worked great.
Well on a new site I made (was cloned from another multisite) I get the following error when I attempt to clone a site:
"Uh-oh - there was an sql error: Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails."
There is a new subdomain created and a new wordpress intance made but it is NOT a clone, simply wordpress with all the plugins but no pages cloned or settings from any of the plugins.
I know this is a simple database issue and easy to fix but I just dont have the time to research.
