BELOW IS WHAT THE CURRENT WEBSITE HAS IN TERMS OF FUNCTIONS AND PORTALS: 1- Admin portal- in here there are certain pages and functions which are currently not fully linked to admin portal but all those pages to be linked under admin portal. For example, users rights, showing or hiding pages by user or account. Creating new announcement, booking a service, seeing reports, adding new pages and contents, managing training portal etc. All of these are already on this website so we want all of this to be redeveloped but in a much more secure coding structure and a fully new design. 2. Client Portal – again this is very similar to admin portal but with a lot less functions and pages. 3. Employees portal- very similar to clients portal. 4. Add a live chat function on this website. Also check one of the XML files to ensure it meets another website’s expectation in order for the other website to get feed from this website. The XML is all designed but just needs uploading onto another website to test if it works fine. There are also some other minor functions that need to be created or tested. 5. Add easy content management in the existing Admin Portal/Panel page of this website. For example, admin should be able to add a new page, page title, page description, meta tags, alt texts and content and images just like in wordpress. 6. It also has an Online Training Portal which needs finishing touches, testing and making it go live with a bit of designing of the pages and changes in the templates.
