After reading your requirements of project Face Identification system, I am very confident that I can do this project efficiently. So, the question is why I am so confident for this? It is because, I have already created standalone Face identification system which doesn't use any Azure services. And it works without internet connection because it doesn't use any services at all. Features of my already built Face identification system: -> You can add known persons -> Auto detect and Align faces from complete person image -> Compare the face with known persons and identify the face -> Web-based Graphic Interface for adding the known persons and identification purposes Currently, It is built on Python (backend) and HTML, Javascript (front-end) but I can update it according to your requirements.
