Build a template where several fake "windows" containing jpgs, png+alpha or video can be manipulated (size, position, layer order) over top of a full screen background image as if to fake a live desktop environment. The content would come from a folder of images/video outside the program and you can cycle through different images for each window/background with keyboard commands. There are other options needed like screenshots and the ability to save a windows configuration. It runs in full screen and it should need a multi key touch (like ctl/esc) to exit from the program This could work as a simple flash template where the content files are inserted manually in flash or even an adobe Director movie but ultimately an app that works in multiple OS especially, windows and android where all the interchangeable content comes from outside the program would be ideal, super bonus if it could work in Linux.

Hi, an expert Flash/Actionscript developer here with almost 10 years of experience. I would go about making this in Flash (as a flash template), recreate a fake OS environment, externally load the images/videos into Flash using code, and implement other features in code as well (screenshot, key-enabled browsing, etc.). The finished flash file would then be exported as an EXE (windows) or APP (mac) program to make it work on those two major platforms. I am unsure of whether it will work in Linux or even Android, but Linux does have a few applications of its own to run Windows/Mac files, so that could work. Hoping to hear from you as we can get started as soon as possible with this, just send me a message in the chat if you're interested in my idea or even have a few questions to ask :)

sir, it will work on desktop and android on android, it will require to download flash player which is available on app store , please send the details ( if possible some screen shots or images ) so that i can understand the complete requirement. Thank You

Hi! Placed 1000$ for this project because you need to achieve 4 platforms, Windows, Mac, Linux & Android, and, unfortunately it will not be possible to achieve by using an identical code base, adobe has discontinued Linux support, it will work only for AIR 2.6 version, the rest of platforms will use AIR 18. For the Android project I'll have to pay for a license, to be able to push the application to the play store. (In case you you'll not provide this certificate). Then it requires server communication as I understood, this means I have to write some PHP code which will communicate with the application by using some data extracted from the database, which takes time... BTW: I have, Windows, Mac & Android devices. (Will install also Linux on a virtual machine)
