Filtering not woring wp job manager site

Hi, I am looking for someone who can do this job for me. WP Job manager site with an existing theme, working, Some changes are needed with the search and filtering that need to be coded in php and java. We have the drop downs from a taxonomy working but the filter does not apply. This cannot be done via plugins as there are already items running. This site uses wp Job Manager and has a WP Job Manager Region plugin. The original search feature was a text field and this has been swapped out from a text field to a dropdown list but it does not filter properly. need this address and working for the customer. In short Filter options not working correctly and its written in shortcodes. Thanks.
