Full time developer needed for long term partnership

We are a creative digital agency located in Scandinavia. We are looking for a full time developer that can work with us monday - friday (even saturdays and sundays if required). We are a start up company, so we need someone who can deliver 100% quality, but for a lesser payment then usual, when we grow we will be able to pay you more. Fulltime business requirements: 1. Have a registered company and team with more then 6 years of experience. 2. Be available by instant chat (Skype) and phone from Monday to Friday, minimum six hours a day or night all year around (with exception of holidays). 3. Consider yourself a part of our team and work 100% in our favor. 4. Set a fixed price based on scope of work. 5. Give time estimations based on scope of work and keep all deadlines. 6. Any breach of set deadlines will each result in 20% deduction from the total price upon payment. For example: Two deadline breaches equals 20% deduction times two. 7. All payments must happen after 100% deliverance and quality assurance. 8. 100% Non-disclosure agreement. (No information or content from us or our clients must be disclosed or used under any circumstances by the web developer or any third parties outside of our company for any other purpose then to develop the assigned project). 9. We exclusively owns all code/content/material that is developed and produced by the web developer for all eternity. Fulltime technical requirements: 1. All web development happens on the web developer’s server. Upon review by the customer, all web development must be uploaded on our server. 2. Create a 100% optimal HTML/CSS source code. 3. Create 100% SEO and Google optimized source code. 4. Create 100% functional JavaScript/jQuery code. 5. 100% “error free” integration in any CMS of FantasyLab’s choice (Mainly WP). 6. Full setup of sitemap and linking of all webpages. 7. Full input of “Lorem Ipsum” content, 100% according to webpage design. 8. 100% source code optimization by using Webmaster tools like “Google Insights” and “Gtmetrix”. Results should be minimum 90% for mobile and desktop. 9. Full user testing before and after launch. 10. Be available for break/fix support from Monday to Friday, minimum six hours a day or night. 11. Full Linux VPS setup on “live server”. 12. Be available for both free and paid maintenance from Monday to Friday, minimum six hours a day or night. We have per today, 3 projects with important deadlines. Deadlines needs to be kept. Our budget for all 3 projects in total is 1900 USD. You are free to give us an offer. But 1900 USD is really what we can afford, but we need 100% quality and the best work we can get. We will provide more information in private. The following below, is a rough estimate/requirement for these 3 projects. First project (800USD): - Develop responsive .psd to HTML pages - Integration in CodeIgniter or Laravel - Creation of Registration API with 30 day free trial or "Buy full license" with payment gateway - About 8 static/dynamic pages and about 8 login pages for web app Second Project(800): - Integration of finished front-end code in Laravel - About 6 different top banners - Creation of Login pages - Creation of book flights, and request forms - .psd to responsive html for login pages - Header menu css changes Third Project(300): - Creation of responsive HTML/CSS code - Integration in Laravel - 6 static pages - 6 pages with same structure - 4 pages with same structure Totalt of 16 pages We look forward to hear from you.
