Full Time Job - PSD to WordPress!

We have many ongoing PSD to WP jobs available - so we would love to find a developer who we can work with long term! The brief below if for an example site (if we hire you and you do a good job, we expect to give you many other jobs similar to this). We are an Australian based web design company looking for an awesome front end PSD to WordPress coder to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to work full time if possible. Important: If you get stuck on anything we are here to help! Please don't be afraid to let us know if you run into any problems. Please use our starter theme available here: [login to view URL] ---------------- Home Page Brief: ---------------- Logo & Main Menu: For this site, we would like the home page to operate similar to what has been done on this site: [login to view URL]~ewingind/ So when the user first sees the home page, the logo and menu will be white over the top of the image (with no background colour behind the menu/logo). BUT, when the user scrolls, we would like the floating black bar to appear behind the logo/menu. Please let me know if you have any questions on this. Portal Buttons: - Under Services, please set up the four pages that match the portal button and link these up. ---------------- Internal Page template: ---------------- Details: - Black menu bar at all times - Please still let this menu bar stay visible even when the user scrolls (position fixed). - You will notice that the inner pages have a small banner with the page name as a large heading (e.g. "About Us"), and then smaller text as secondary heading (e.g. "with over 20 years...". Please set these up as custom fields that can be specified when editing each page. - The right sidebar will have a menu. These menu items will be the submenu items under the parent page. For example, on all pages under "About", it will contain a submenu showing all other subpages under "About Us".
