General Contractor looking for a Web Designer to develop a light microsite per client’s specifications. Must be able to handle both front and back end of the project. Must be well versed in HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML 5, SEM, SEO, google analytics and high-level understanding of Google AdWords. Partial content will be provided by the client, but the developer shall be able to add relevant content, artwork and possible ghostwriting as needed. A good grasp of the objectives with a higher-level understanding of means and methods on how to achieve the goals on time and on budget. In addition to the design skills the individual shall be well versed in English and be able to communicate with the client’s team effectively. Features: -Less than 10 pages of content – The microsite is intended to address a unique and focused client-base with the main goal of achieving high conversion rates. -Simple landing pages with clean user interface – The clients will be directed to the landing pages through flier source, other website links and google AdWords. They must be simple, succinct and as engaging/interactive as possible without sacrificing the conversion efficiency. -SEO Optimized – The main initial focus of the microsite will be to cater to a AdWords and mail-in marketing campaign. However, it should follow the industry standard latest SEO guidelines and practices, to ensure organic growth down the line. -Google AdWords friendly -Interactive input forms for leads -The code shall be notated and structured such that scalability and future modifications are streamlined Timeline: Site shall be fully operational by February 1, 2018 Budget: $200.00
