Find below new requirement to generate pdf document/form.
Generate pdf document based on user selection criteria -
Once the user select few conditions thru drop-down options - we need to pull data from tables (DB) and build pdf pages -
Example - Refer China Visa Application Kit (1).pdf -
Page 1 to 7 are build from the table data.
Page 8 is build based on API-service with FedEx (this will be Phase2) - we will ignore for now, but keep in mind later integration
Page 9 to 12 - is data collection form varies based on country - again we need to build run time based on field-name and attributes from the table.
Page 13 to 16 - is actual pdf from China visa form(Refer China Visa form...pdf) which need to be merger (you need to pick this part pdf from hosting server location and merger to this pdf
Page 17 & 18 - fixed form type - again build from table fields.
Page 19 - from table data.
For some countries it is just 1 page - Example Refer Canada Visa Application [login to view URL]
