On Going web development work - Design, Coding some programming

Hello, **Please read to the bottom carefully, anyone not following instructions will be rejected** I'm looking for a member of staff to retain onto my time to work on personal projects. I have projects such as take a template and create a slightly modified design. Code a design to html or wordpress Implement content into a design Design content pages Design landing pages Edit existing websites (HTML or wordpress) Design facebook page etc. I've had a designer working with me who was doing this for a year or more and unfortunately for me he's just landed a new job (i provided a reference) and therefore he's no longer able to work for me. I'm looking for someone who has design and website coding experience. From time to time I have PHP projects and therefore knowing PHP or having a member of your team that does PHP would be a good thing.
