Google drive folder to SFTP folder

I need to one way snyc a folder located somewhere in my google drive to a path defined in sftp.
To be available as a cronjob, and as a forced update, it should only update the changes, not the entire folder.
The changes can be addition of file, deletion of file/folder, only name change of file without content change, only content change without filename change.
