Grocery Selling Marketplace (Responsive Website)

There should be any option to share the product to social media. There should be an option to give any reviews or upto 5 star rating from customer on every product they purchase. There should be an option to generate GST invoice on every purchase made by customers. Merchant should be able to see that how much GST is applicable on any products. After every sale merchant should get the data in their dashboard that how much they earned on any dates and how much they gave as commission to admin and how much as tax they need to pay to Govt. Admin should be able to see all the statistics about any sales of any customers or any merchants and admin should be able to charge penalty from merchants also. Admin and merchant should have the facility to give or deny refund to customers for any product. I need some changes to an existing website. I need you to redesign my existing bonus website and convert it with grocery items also. In my website there will be three type of panels Merchant Panel Customer Panel Admin Panel Admin Panel Should have all the rights to edit or not modify merchant or customer details. Customer care should have the facility to check any order or dispute by searching registered mobile number or email i.d or order number or registered name also. I want that multiple merchants should be able to signup on our website and after filling all their details and submitting, admin will be able to activate or reject their account. There should be email verification and mobile number verification for merchants and customers to complete signup process. Once the signup is finished, only then they should be able to sign in on the website. After merchant finishing signup process, should be able to list their products. And then admin will check his listings and decide to make them live or not. Even admin should have the facility to list the products on website and connect some sellers with it. Customer dashboard should show all the details of customer order history, total spending, total discounts or bonus they received from us since joining, since last or current month, password changing facility for customers, cashbacks, profile editing, return or refunds for any particular orders by directly selecting on the orders means with any of the orders by customers, there should be return or refund or complaint or feedback button connected with them and chatting about that particular order with customer care team. Whatever price is listed with any product, admin should have the facility to provide any offer with any product or decrease or increase the price of any product also. There is a wallet and bonus coupon facility on our website already. Using that eWallet system, customer can add money in their wallet after depositing the money user can generate any discount coupon which are valid on our registered merchant stores. We want that user could pay using their wallet balance also. Payment gateway should be integrated. Whatever price merchant will list, it should automatically show 10% less amount than the original amount. Suppose Amul milk is 51 INR Ltr and when customer should search amul milk, it should show two prices to customer, one is actual price means MRP and one should be our price means 10% lesser amount. One adding products worth 1000 INR, an automatic Popup should come to select some free gift upto 50 INR.
