Health Information Website

Overview:

To create a health related website and also we have to store the health information of the users.

By using php, bootstrap and MySql.

The site must be responsive, compatible to all devices

Site must be secure as we‘re storing user’s personal information and also should avoid cross-site scripting.

Major Functionalities:

Registration (Open source script will be provided) and My profile, My Health Record (Personal information, change password, Contribution to site)

Forum

Calculators

Quizzes and Certificate download

Admin pages (CRUD operations for DB access)

Other Functionalities:

Articles, Alerts, Subscription and Poll section

Share functionality (Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, mail etc) and twitter API, Facebook likes

Form validation

NOTE:

1. Once user logged in, we need to maintain the session throughout all the pages. Similar to gmail whenever users open our website it should open automatically.

2. Circular tab navigation design should be used for which we will provide you the code

3. For calculators, we will provide you the sample template – meaning scripts and formulae in JS (minor correction may be there as it is not tested completely). You have to do it in php as JS won’t be compatible in mobile devices.

4. We’re not going to use CMS.
