help us to build an integrated platform app from idea

This is the first time we wanna build an app from idea, we would be appreciate if you can explain and teach us how to test and modify the app before and after we published the app on apple app store and Android market please? we basically wanna have 9 BUTTONS FEATURES from the app (Requirements): 1. LOADING page with our app logo and some texts. 2 then go to LOGIN page, where USER can REGISTER with us with database by inputting some personal details (maybe like SQL but not very familiar on maintaining and using it). User can simply login in if we have the user information; the user can also LOGIN (CONNECT) with Facebook personal details. 3 another requirement on LOGIN Page, other corporation can register with us to be our partner by inputting some details 4 After login, the app will show the HOME page (ATTACHED interface) - NORMAL USER The 9 buttons features: (a, b, c) (d, e, f) (g, h, i) a: USER PROFILE that shows basic personal information and the points the user has earned (user info being showed is connecting with database) The points that the user earn are from other features (eg purchase on our app can earn points ----- we wanna integrated with "SMART WATCHES devices"/or mobile detect movement that can detect user's body movement if they are doing exercise, if so, they can earn points) b: book like icon : we wanna publish articles via another web interface (web link) that we can upload that the app. We wanna include SUBSCRIPTION function that accept Payments. The n fee can be modified by us via (admin login). The user can only read our articles contents when he/she has subscribed us. c: leader-board : we wanna include FACEBOOK FRIENDS LEADER-BOARD if user login-ed with FACEBOOK, the user can share their points result via FACEBOOK. d: doctors: we wanna classify a list of clinics into different regions for user to search. once, the user selected particular area's clinics, or specified clinics, clinic's information which is provided by clinic - live update e.g. clinic's waiting time, number of patients waiting etc; the information should be access by an external web link/interface that can update clinics records to the app instantly) e: online shop: we wanna include a online shop platform (able to search, able to sort, able to divided by brand searching and can accept payment). The shopping cart can be associated with other features if ORDER has not been clicked, like SUBSCRIPTION mentioned previously), once the user clicked ORDER, then the app will jump to the payment page where the user should input their personal details and credit cards payment (VISA/MASTER-CARD) f: we wanna create a chart showing the whole system (daily summation of all registered user's points). i: we wanna associated/integrated with YouTube channel and playlists. (Pre-defined playlist wil be showing on this page) g: basically, we wanna offer rewards if the user has earned enough points. The user is able to claim rewards(good to have admin interface to do so) h: we wanna add a game (again, connecting with FACEBOOK) , but we have not yet designed the game, so can leave it.*** but we should be able to modify and add/integrated the game module by ourselves later *****THOSE 9 BUTTONS FEATURES can be easily modified by us in case we wanna add or change features in the future) The app we would like to make is to improve public health and raise health awareness. We would like to make the app looks cool, high technology, innovative with lovable interfaces. we have thought the overall interfaces on how the app should be looking but if you have any idea that make the app looks even more cool we would be appreciate your work too. we would like to discuss with you if you have any brilliant ideas. ANOTHER POINTS: - we can have the app and all the codes, databases and resources that we can modify and maintain the app; also we can use it to publish in particular region; the app should be applied on different apple and android mobile devices
