Help on line with sample scripts in php / css / js / mysql to help me learn

low budget educational assistance for completion now (today my time) I am trying to learn more about php / css / js. I need someone to give me simple sample scripts to do the following:- 1 - input form with one field with drop down yes / no - takes value from another form in hidden field and php script to process 2 - sample script to fill a form with data from a table read only 4 - help me apply css to a form so i can remove table and apply css instead 5 - simple script to help me select / sort / display data from table I just need to explain in chat and agree examples - i do not need a complete project I do not have skype or whatsapp just freelancer chat i want to start now and finish as soon as possible bid must be fixed price
