We have 4 dedicated servers hosted at Hetzner. They are used to host data (APIs to mobile apps and data to websites), but also to do some rendering processes during the night. Problem which we are not able to solve is that during rendering processes, our servers become extremely unresponsive, hurting web and app traffic very much; sometimes, it takes 10-15 seconds to load the page. Short term: We would need someone who can help us recognize the problem and point us in the right direction for the solution. This would be video conference with us, going through data, stats and discussing the problem. I would suggest an hour-base work Long term: If this works well, we will be interested for long term partner for monitoring our servers. We can find a way to monetise this later on - this could be hour-based, or on basis of monthly fee we agree.
