Help with Cookie Stuffing via Redirect.

I am looking for someone who can help with cookie stuffing in the user's browser once the page loads.

Exactly like this guy is doing - [login to view URL], the page should not stay blank but should redirect to one affiliate offer, while others are planted as a cookie in the browser

1) It has to be hidden and cannot be seen by anyone

2) I should be able to add as many affiliate links as possible

3) Should have an ability to change the referer

4) Should be able to manage the CTR of the campaigns i.e. inflate clicks
